Pisundae, made of pork blood curds and entrails, are made and served freshly because they cannot be frozen. All menu items use domestic ingredients. The restaurant doesn’t open for business on Mondays but opens a free kitchen for the underprivileged. The kindness of the owners always attracts local regulars.
